The room was spacious and had a dusty table, but the hotel accommodated our early check-in request with a great view. Friendly staff ensured a memorable stay, though a rude receptionist charged me unexpectedly and was unhelpful. The lack of a kettle made tea difficult, but the service and views were fantastic.

We only stayed here for 7 nights, as we did n't have time, though everything was really good. The hotel had a central setting close to Time Square. Popped in Keat's Bar and Restaurant for shots before sleep, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The hotel was great with a comfy bed and cool air con. The lobby was welcoming and the cleaning lady was super nice. I wish they had a kettle in the room for a proper cuppa, had to make tea with the coffee machine instead. Overall, a fab stay with just a tiny hiccup. 🏨

Central location was a plus. Also, the venue was really close to Katharine Hepburn Garden and you can walk to Grand Central Market. The restaurant was amazing with excellent meals...

Our stay here was such great, wonderful base for exploring New York City. The staff were incredible, thanks to them everything was great. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an individual safe and a refrigerator.

Staying at this hotel offered a fantastic location with close proximity to popular attractions like 5th Ave and Central Park, as well as stunning views from the room. However, the thin walls and lack of soundproofing made it challenging to have a peaceful night's sleep.

Everything was very good, gorgeous hotel, the location was handy adjacent to Manhattan, the centre. The rooms were magnificent and perfect with magnificent views at the room facing sea view. The staff were affable and helpful made my stay amazing.

Loved the friendly staff who made sure we got an awesome view from our room! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Grand Central and Times Square. The daily room cleanliness was spot on too! Even though the Wi-Fi costs extra, the overall stay was great and we'll definitely return for another visit! 😉

cleanliness, large room, view on the 38th floor of the room, comfort of the bed, calm, reception, facilities, quality of the WIFI, large shower, everything ... We had booked for 3 days! we have extended for 3 more days, restaurant is of very good quality.

Everything went perfectly, nothing special. Just a phone bill for no reason that we asked for and which was immediately resolved. To know also the deposit of 850$ at the beginning of the stay which can put the credit card in limit of payment... attention. We did not try the fitness room.

The large rooms with comfortable beds and electronic room key in the app were convenient features. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable despite some minor cleanliness issues with the bathroom. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

Our room offered stunning vistas south over Manhattan, where we could see iconic landmarks like the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building. The sight of the new tower near the 9/11 museum in the distance was a poignant reminder of the city's resilience. the staff member at the concierge desk went above and beyond to provide detailed recommendations for off-the-beaten-path attractions, enhancing our New York experience.

The cleaning staff left a half-eaten yogurt in our mini bar, which was a bit off-putting.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the center, not far from Grand Central station where you can easily catch the subway to the train stations. The rooms offer a brilliant view of the New York skyline and Queens Bridge. The bathrooms are clean with nice toiletries. The breakfast is amazing, with brilliant food and excellent table service. The staff members in the reservations department provide excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs.

Some fixtures in the rooms may need to be spruced up a bit.

The Skyline Club on the 30th floor offered breathtaking city views, making it an ideal spot for relaxing and mingling. The concierge desk in the lobby was incredibly helpful in arranging our theatre tickets and restaurant reservations, enhancing our overall experience. Additionally, the 24-hour gym with panoramic city views, and the indoor tennis court, where the Williams sisters have been spotted, provided excellent fitness options with unique character.

In my wife's opinion, more kid-friendly activities or play areas would make the hotel even more family-oriented.

After a long day of exploring the city, coming back to the hotel and sinking into those mattresses felt like a true blessing. And let's not forget about the view from the upper floors - it was simply breathtaking. Seeing the entire cityscape from our room made it worth the higher price. the staff at the hotel were also very friendly and always willing to help when needed. Plus, the air conditioning in the room was perfect - not too cold, yet not stuffy at all.

I recently stayed at the Millennium Hilton in NYC for 4 nights and it was a fantastic experience. The bell hops provided outstanding service with a smile and were always helpful. The view from my suite was breathtaking and the upgrade was well worth it. The room was spectacular, with a comfortable bed and a European-style bathtub. The hotel's location was central, just minutes from Grand Central Station and with a beautiful view of the East River.

I had a great stay in this city! This hotel has the best location, very close to everything. I could walk to the One World Trade Center and it was just a short walk to Grand Central Station. Plus, it's very close to the tourist spots. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were perfect. The staff was amazing and super friendly.

the staff, especially Mr Frank at the bell desk, were incredibly helpful and respectful. the doormen and bell desk employees were lovely, and we enjoyed the fantastic view from our Corner King room. the room itself was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We were so pleased with our experience that we ended up extending our stay from one night to three. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. the staff, including Linda, Adina, Tichia, Rosaline, and Leslie. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the location of the hotel is just perfect for my requirements, being in the UN Plaza, providing a secured and quiet environment while still being close to major attractions like Central Park, Times Square and others. the views from the room were stunning, with sights of iconic landmarks like the Chrysler and Empire State Building. A complimentary room service dessert and access to the Executive lounge with breakfast included made our stay even more special.

While our overall stay was fantastic, there were a couple of things that could be improved. the room furniture felt a bit dated and could benefit from a refurbishment to enhance guests' comfort.

The hotel offers a spa with state-of-the-art equipment and a signature restaurant, Ambassador Grill, which serves exceptional cuisine and wines. The guestrooms are spacious and equipped with 42-inch flat-screen TVs, offering stunning views of the East River and the city skyline.

During my stay, I found it disappointing that complimentary bottled water was not provided in the room. the lack of glassware in the bathroom and disposable coffee cups in the coffee machine was inconvenient.

The hotel is located just 650 meters from Grand Central - 42nd Street and 2.8 km from Penn, making it easy to access major transportation hubs. being only 15 km away from LaGuardia airport was a huge plus for me, as it made my journey much smoother.

The only minor inconvenience I experienced during my stay was the noise disturbance from other guests. On two separate occasions, loud guests disrupted my sleep, and I had to call security.

Although we didn't try the breakfast or restaurant, I'm sure it would have been super delicious. I have absolutely no complaints - except for finding a forgotten banana in the fridge. My partner and I had the most mind-blowing, relaxing weekend here and for such an amazing price! We would definitely come back for another visit.
